Sun School Summer Camp

Age Range: 5-12
Details: Campers will be spending the majority of their day outside so they are encouraged to dress for the weather and wear clothes that can get dirty. Consider wearing boots and bringing an alternate pair of shoes. Packing list: a backpack, a nutritious lunch with plenty of snacks and a reusable water bottle, a change of clothes for rain or shine, a towel, a hat and sunglasses, and their preferred sunblock/sunscreen and bug spray if desired.
Week 1: Monday July 14th - Friday July 18th 2025
Theme: 🐻 Furry Friends 🐻 All about mammals. Campers will learn about different mammals, those with and without fur.

Theme: 🦆 Wings & Wonders 🦆 All about creatures that fly. Campers will learn about birds and insects who make the open sky their domain.

Theme: 🐟 Waves & Whirls 🐟 All about who lives in the water. Campers will learn about fish and other creatures that live in rivers, lakes, and oceans, as well as the importance of clean drinking water for all.

Theme: 🌱 Sprout Scouts 🌱 All about plants. What kind of plants live in Peterborough? Armed with a magnifying glass and iNaturalist/Seek, campers will become citizen scientists.
